Killeen Empowerment Center is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in April 2017 in an effort to help better serve our communities. KEC operates a food pantry, clothing closet, and partners with other agencies to assist with community needs. We are also developing other programs such as a tutorial program, senior citizens program, and individual/group mental health counseling services.
